Returns & Refunds

Our policy does not allow for any medicines to be returned – this is for safety reasons, and we are not authorised to re-sell returned medication. Medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK; this is the law which every pharmacy must abide by. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy, and they will dispose of the products safely. Products of a cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Cancellations

If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your medication is dispatched. Your right to cancel the order ends on the date of the dispatch confirmation (the date on which we notify you to confirm our acceptance of your order), which is when the contract between us is formed. Please note, our prescribers can issue prescriptions within minutes or hours of an order being placed, in which case you will be liable for the prescription fee (£5.00) but eligible for a full refund of the remaining costs including medicine and postage.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with any medication that you order from us. However, if you wish to return medication to us because it is:

  • not as described;
  • damaged or faulty

We will refund the price of the medication in full together with any applicable delivery charges.

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please call us to provide your new card details.
